At J & S Trading Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, reliable experience for every customer.
📦 Returns
Due to the nature of trading cards and custom items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement (if available)
- Refund (issued to original payment method)
🎨 Custom & Handmade Items
All custom, handmade, and hand-painted items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📬 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will assist where possible.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

Minor imperfections may be present in handmade items and are part of their unique character
Condition of Trading Cards is evaluated to the best of our ability.
